Well, the Walter Francesco was awesome. Prices ok but a botte of wine was 18, and that is too much, but then they told me that is not correct and it&#39;s 20. The prices of the food is alittle high and the coperto of 2.50 pp i not normal.  So, one and done, we will not be back.

Il vanity Cafe non &egrave; un semplice bar, dietro questo nome si nasconde una cucina strepitosa, abbiamo cenato in due, io e mia moglie, siamo stati accolti con calore sin da subito, prima dalla cameriera, poi dallo chef, che ha raggiunto il tavolo e ci ha dato una delucidazione sulla provenienza e qualit&agrave; degli ingredienti, sempre col sorriso.La location &egrave; molto carina, una carta dei vini bella fornita ed un men&ugrave; per tutti i gusti. Abbiamo scelto di mangiare pesce, io ho provato un antipasto crudo che comprendeva 2 gamberi rossi 2 gamberi viola, 2 scampi, un&#39;aragosta e 3 ostriche, lo chef ha anche deciso di stupirmi con 3 tartare, 2 di tonno ed una di salmone, lavorate in maniera eccezionale con un olio e.v.o. di ottima qualit&agrave;, qualche goccia di limone per esaltarne la sapidit&agrave; e qualche seme di sesamo, tutto eccezionale, mia moglie ha invece provato un antipasto tradizionale, sempre di pesce, tutto ottimo, salmone, tonno scottato e con semi di sesamo, polpo all&#39;insalata ed un pesce bollito freschissimo. Poi abbiamo consumato 2 primi, una cacio e pepe con cozze e lime, non mi sarei aspettato che il gusto fosse cos&igrave; armonioso, molto sapido, dovuto a due alimenti dal gusto forte (cozze e pecorino), ed il lime che oltre a dare un tocco esotico donava al piatto un profumo magnifico, miamoglie ha consumato il risotto con gamberi e mela, anche qui piatto preparato con grande esperienza, tirando fuori tutti i sapori da tutti gli ingredienti, una bomba di sapori.Abbiamo seguito gran parte della preparazione dei nostri piatti da un&#39;ampia vetrata che divide la sala dalla cucina, abbiamo potuto vedere l&#39;impegno e la passione dello chef trasformarsi in vere opere d&#39;arte.La cosa che ci ha stupiti di pi&ugrave; &egrave; stato il prezzo, rapportato alla qualit&agrave; del cibo che abbiamo consumato, pensavamo di pagare molto di pi&ugrave;.Tutto fantastico, torneremo al pi&ugrave; presto per provare nuovi piatti di questo chef veramente strepitoso.Grazie di averci ospitato.
