A Michelin one-star restaurant that combines French and Japanese cuisine, the nine Omakase dishes don't have any special surprises. This season's menu is more like a mix of Chinese and French. Only the marinated raw beef and scallops give people a bright feeling! The freshness of the beef is paired with nuts and raw quail eggs, and the freshness of the scallops is completely absorbed by the cheese and celery! Of course, Takashi's best dessert is still the dessert! Cocoa milk jelly 🍮 with kumquat caramel 👍
