Des associations de saveurs tr&egrave;s originales et tr&egrave;s r&eacute;ussies.Le cadre est magnifique et la r&eacute;habilitation r&eacute;cente s&rsquo;ins&egrave;re parfaitement au ch&acirc;teau m&eacute;di&eacute;val.Un service un peu en de&ccedil;&agrave; manquant un peu de professionnalisme.En tout &eacute;tat de cause une tr&egrave;s grande table &agrave; d&eacute;couvrir absolument.

Plats excellents, cr&eacute;atifs et g&eacute;n&eacute;reux. Service de qualit&eacute; avec une description de chaque vins et fromages d&eacute;gust&eacute;s. Un cadre magnifique avec vu sur l&rsquo;&eacute;tang. Nous avons pass&eacute; un tr&egrave;s bon moment.

Nous avons ador&eacute; notre d&icirc;ner au restaurant du ch&acirc;teau. Nous avions pris le menu en 7 services : chaque plat est &agrave; la fois d&eacute;licieux et avec des saveurs originales. Amuse bouches et mignardises viennent tr&egrave;s agr&eacute;ablement compl&eacute;ter le tout.Le plateau de fromages sur plus de 2 m de long est exceptionnel et vaut &agrave; lui seul le d&eacute;tour, accompagn&eacute; des explications passionn&eacute;es et passionnantes !!!En r&eacute;sum&eacute;, un restaurant excellent o&ugrave; nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

We loved our dinner at the castle restaurant, we took the menu in 7 services: each meal is both delicious and with original tastes. The cheese plate over 2 m long is exceptional and is worth the tour, accompanied by passionate and exciting explanations !!! In short, a great restaurant where we will return with great pleasure.

We had a great experience in the restaurant, excellent and special distinguishing food.Our farewell was very disappointing, being quite rudely treated by the receptionist of the hotel.

Food was terrific and exceeded our expectations.  Service was lumpy.  Our server was not as attentive as he should have been.  Ambiance was fine.  A very good and not overpowering wine list.
