Luogo fantastico, personale di alto livello e cibo all&#39;altezza delle aspettative

Servizio un po&#39; lento che per il menu alla carta non ti permette di cenare prima delle 21. Abbiamo preso.due primi piatti : ottimi i gnocchetti e buoni gli spaghetti cacio e pepe. Questi prevedevano anche le cozze ma purtroppo ne ho trovate solo un paio  mangiabili poi tanti gusci e niente altro. Poi delusi e senza rimostranze ce ne siamo usciti pagando quanto richiesto.

Dopo la prenotazione siamo stati ricontattati per dirci che il servizio alla carta iniziava solo alle 20.45 e che prima ci sarebbero stati solo tavoli per il buffet. Arriviamo puntuali ma il responsabile di sala, gi&agrave; nervoso e con un tono per nulla accogliente (eravamo anche con due bambini piccoli), ci fa sapere che il tavolo non c&#39;&egrave;. Prova a chiamare velocemente a qualcuno dei suoi collaboratori cercando di riconciliare le varie telefonate e prenotazioni ma alla fine senza neanche scusarsi per il disguido ci dice che tutti i tavoli sono prenotati e non c&#39;&egrave; posto per noi. Assolutamente inaccettabile sia il comportamento, sia la disponibilit&agrave; a venire incontro ai clienti. Evidentemente non esiste una persona in grado di gestire le varie prenotazioni e noi molto probabilmente non ci torneremo pi&ugrave;. Peccato perch&eacute; la qualit&agrave; del cibo &egrave; abbastanza buona e la non professionalit&agrave; di pochi soggetti debbano minare quella di altri e la volont&agrave; dei clienti

After the booking we were re-contacted to tell us that the card service started only at 20.45 and that before there would be only tables for the buffet. We arrived at a time but the room manager, already nervous and with a tone for nothing friendly (we were also with two small children), tells us that the table is not there. Then we can reconcile the number of calls and bookings but at the end, without even apologizing for the disguise, we know that all tables are booked and there is no room for us. It is absolutely unacceptable both the behaviour and the willingness to meet customers. Obviously there is no person capable of managing the various bookings and we are very likely to be no longer back. Synd because food quality is good enough and the non-professionality of few subjects must undermine the one of others and the will of customers

Mi sono recato al Poker durante una vacanza in Abruzzo e devo dire che &egrave; stata una grande scoperta, location molto elegante e fine con questa luce blu e tavoli a bordo piscina! Attenzione al cibo di qualit&agrave; e ottimo per chi ha intolleranze io essendo celiaco sono stati molto attenti e prudenti! Lo consiglio per una bella cena anche di coppia in atmosfera romanistica e tranquilla.

I went to Poker during a holiday in Abruzzo and I have to say it was a great discovery, very elegant location and fine with this blue light and tables on board pool! Attention to the quality food and excellent for those who have intolerances I being celiaque have been very careful and prudent! I recommend it for a beautiful dinner even with couples in a romantic and quiet atmosphere.

Posto bellissimo, tutto buonissimo servizio perfetto. Posto consigliatissimo.
