Between the staff, the ambience and of course the food, nothing dissapointed about Tokkotai. Close enough that it&#39;s cosy but spaced enough that you feel individual, aided by the staff of course, the experience here is unique.

The space in the store is not very big, but the layout is very centralized and the lighting is very atmospheric. Not only are the ingredients delicious, they also look very appetizing, which perfectly suits my taste. Their layout is really thoughtful.

The lady who served us was absolutely amazing, food was great and buskers in the square were all very good so atmosphere was superb !

This restaurant is right across from where we live, but I didn&rsquo;t notice it at first. I originally wanted to order steak from another restaurant, but the business was so good that the boss showed us a stack of orders. The five of us couldn&rsquo;t afford to go in, so I quickly searched and found that this one was not bad. We ordered a few special dishes, and they were delicious! Food, service and ambiance were fantastic! The reviews I read were accurate. It was the best meal we had in Porto. Just in case you missed it, they only offer a prefix 4-course menu (for 60&euro;) - wine paring was only 35&euro; extra and well worth it. Reservations are a must. Enjoy.

Amazing experience, lovely place, very tasteful food!!! We absolutely loved the rock shrimps, wagyu sashimi and eel nigiri!! The chef combination of sashimis was also delightful, as well as our cocktails!! Our choice of scallops with honey was lacking some flavour, but it was still very good. For dessert, we had cheese with honey, which was quite surprising to find in their menu. The staff was very kind and friendly! We are definitely coming back :)

The service from first welcome was extremely subtle and sofisticated. All of the courses where terrific and the athmosphere nice and welcoming.

Incredibly attentive service, the most delicious food and served so promptly and beautifully. The vibes were so good- chill yet fun music and great lighting to enjoy the meal with friends and wine.

Even though they didn&rsquo;t have Toro, hamachi, and Uni tonight, the rest of the sashimi was amazing, specifically the salmon, salmon belly, and scallop. The service was impeccable and the 4 different recommended glasses of wine were the perfect pairing. We&rsquo;d say this was on par with Japan omakase if not better. We may try to eat again before we leave Porto. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a fabulous dinner here. Right from the start the bread and butters presentation was different and fun. Our meals were spectacular and the cheesecake dessert was amazing both in taste and presentation. It was our last meal in Porto and a great way to cap off a great trip!
