来巴黎必须吃法餐，我又不太喜欢过于传统的法餐所以就选择了日法融合的Kei，巴黎米其林二星。还是比较好预定的，官网预约很简单，邮件回复及时，态度很好，到达巴黎第一天中午顶着中雨前往准时用餐靠近卢浮宫，隐藏在不起眼的街边，看门头就是比较典型的日系法餐，和许多东京的餐厅比较像。走进去也会发现很多前来用餐的都是在法国的日本人。既然是日法融合，所以Kei的风格也就没有一般的法式餐厅那么高贵奢华，简约低调反而讨我的欢心。店员比较养眼，无论是日本籍还是法国籍的。最后还能邀请主厨让我拍照实在是荣幸至极。没有太多前奏，上菜非常迅速。开胃菜比较丰盛，这点很满意。口味偏创意，不是那种太过老套的法餐，必须点个赞山羊奶冻搭配沙丁鱼口感出奇的好，更要表扬的是我不小心在拍照的时候弄坏了这道菜，一旁的侍者见状立马帮我换了一份。即便是日本籍的waiter英文也相当流利。Kei的黄油实在是太浓香了，应该比我在其他米其林三星法餐吃到的还棒，面包也比一般的欧包松软，好吃到我一连吃了好几个，正好把黄油全部蘸光。确实口味符合亚洲人。第一道生蚝，选用法国吉拉多，入口鲜嫩，装盘也很清新，融入新鲜奶油使得生蚝的口感更加丰富。创意的沙拉也很合我的胃口，从外观看有点像分子料理，里面暗藏玄机。很多日料常用的生鱼片和新鲜蔬果混合在一起，配的酱也很美味。接下来一道用奶油奶酪高汤炖煮的土豆泥配上西班牙顶级火腿，入口微咸却又美妙。煎鲷鱼是高级日料里常见的菜式，出现在法餐的餐桌上，不仅外观更好看，口味也适度偏酸甜，总之清新宜人。收尾的甜品简直美轮美奂，黄色的外壳是蛋白糖但不过甜。里面的雪葩很爽口，芒果融合着柑橘味，正好清口。最后的欢送甜品也一点不马虎，巧克力和草莓口味点心，一小杯摩卡，完美的用餐体验。58欧外加相关的服务费和税费，付了70欧，性价比极高，在巴黎吃一顿正常的米其林怎么都得上百欧的。洗手间也很有意思，总之浓浓的现代感，想要在巴黎体验高级米其林餐厅又不想花费太多钞票就来kei准没错。
