Wonderful meal. Delicate blend of Japanese, Taiwanese, and Sichuan flavors. Ironically, the lobster was our least favorite dish (it is the &ldquo;specialty&rdquo;). Friendly service from a family-owned restaurant. Worth a visit if you are looking for Asian flavors prepared in a French style.

Ebis

French food with one Michelin star is nothing in Paris. This restaurant is surprisingly delicious. The decoration style is a combination of Art Nouveau and Art Deco. It is not my preference but I still feel comfortable. For me, in addition to the dishes, the display and service are very important in a good restaurant. Their wine is a specialty, and there is a lot of it. The wine list is a thick book, and there is a special wine cellar. I feel sorry that I don&#39;t drink.

Two people came to eat here. The shop is in an alley. It is not big, but it has two floors. The owner is very nice and enthusiastic. I saw foreigners eating here. Maybe the taste is more authentic, but overall the taste did not surprise me, probably because there are not enough ingredients. My husband likes this taste better. The cake is baked crispier, but it feels a little less cheese.

Jean-Fran&ccedil;ois, a Michelin star on the edge of Vendome Square, open kitchen, is for Wagyu this dish, the oil flowers are carefully distributed and well-balanced, tender to the entrance, and the French restaurant has a special flavor!

I was too sleepy to continue walking so I went to a Japanese restaurant on the side of the road. It was so delicious. From rice to drinks to desserts, everything was great.
I would call it delicious to the point of crying. The delicious and sweet eel rice! ! ! ! The Japanese pepper powder smells so good! ! !
Diediezi checked and found out that it was the Paris branch of Nodaiwa, the god of Japanese eels. It was worth it! ! ! !
And after eating, I received a call from my neighbor. My lost courier was back! ! ! ! The guy was so nice that he called me and told me to call him anytime when I was back. Happy today 🈶️! ! !

The sushi is amazing! The rice tempura roll in the first picture has tuna and caviar, served with spicy mayonnaise and wasabi. The octopus with jalapeno and cilantro in the second picture is also a surprise. It&#39;s really delicious... ​

Combination of the ambiance, the food, the wine pairings, and personalized level of service and care that made our dinner to celebrate a special birthday truly memorable.

I went to Ebis for a business lunch last week and the spicy beef ramen soup was delicious. The whole menu looked amazing and I couldn&rsquo;t wait to get ready for dinner. But one thing to note is that there is no sushi on their menu. You better go early for lunch, between 12:30 and 12:45 or you have to wait in line. Although the tables in this restaurant are compact and a bit noisy, it is modern and the service is friendly and efficient. I will come back again.

我上个周去Ebis公司吃了个商务午餐，这里的香辣牛肉拉面汤非常美味。整个菜单看起来都很令人惊讶，我已经迫不及待的准备去吃晚餐了。但是有有一点要注意的是他们的菜单上没有寿司。午餐时你最好早点去，在十二点半到十二点四十五之间，不然的话就要排队等待了。虽然这家餐馆的桌子之间很紧凑而且还有点吵，但是却很现代化，服务也很友好和高效。我还会再来的。

This little gem is a must-visit. The service was incredibly friendly-they went above and beyond to let us know that they were happy to make any adjustments to our liking. The food is absolutely delicious and the overall experience was one I won&rsquo;t soon forget. Will absolutely go back.

Excellent food.  Nicely presented. Very different than the usual  Japanese restaurant. Attentive service. Nice variety of wines.

Jean-Fran&ccedil;ois, a Michelin-starred restaurant next to Place Vend&ocirc;me, has an open kitchen. I came for the Wagyu dish, which was delicately and evenly fattened and so tender that it melts in your mouth. Eating Wagyu in a French restaurant has a unique flavor!
