St Michel/Pont Neuf Creative modern French meal on a quiet street nearby. Two dishes 36 euros, three dishes 42 euros. A small appetizer cold cauliflower soup + tomato green pepper cake was sent. The fore dish is more distinctive with basil crayfish meat and half-raw sea bass fillet. The main dish calf leg meat is too large to eat, I think the taste is the Basque region. There is a beautiful courtyard. Overall satisfaction!

The lady was so kind and the food was impeccable. We ordered a few dishes, one black truffle and one ox tongue. The black truffle was really delicious, especially fresh and tasty. The ox tongue was very tender, comparable to the one in Japan. The veal was cooked medium rare, which was just right.

Frederic was again a very wonderful host with comments on the caviar and the wines. Our third time here and it always exceeds expectations.

Held a birthday celebration here. Great food, super friendly and professional staff. We had the 5 course menu with wine pairing. Highly recommend.
