After visiting Tenoha that day, I made a reservation for dinner in the evening. Since it is still in trial operation, there are not many people. - Gyu Tataki: Tender fried beef slices, very tender inside, may taste slightly fishy if eaten directly, dip it in the yuzu sauce on the side to remove the fishy smell. - Caprese di Tofu: Tomatoes with tofu poured with sesame sauce, refreshing and delicious. - Renkon: It looks like Japanese fried meat patties, but it is actually fried lotus root slices stuffed with minced meat. It is crispy and delicious. I plan to try making it at home in the future. - Udon: After the dish was served, it felt like a clear soup noodle at first glance, but fortunately after tasting it, I found that the soup became more and more fresh, not the kind of heavy salty. Thick udon noodles, the taste is OK. The runny poached egg is also made at a high level, but the meat slices are only a few thin slices, and the portion is really not large. If you spend 14 euros and only order this as a main course, you may not be full. - Fried chicken: The portion is large and the taste is good, but I just had fried chicken at another ramen restaurant, which usually costs about 8-10 euros. - Thick slices of ginger-grilled pork: This dish doesn't look that good, but the taste is the same as the one I often cook at home. It's exactly the same. First, fry the ginger, then add the pork cubes wrapped in cornstarch. It's a homely dish that can't be more homely. The portion is not large, so the price of 16 euros is inexplicable. A little complaint about the white rice, the quality of the rice is good, but 3 euros for a small bowl... This is really a bit too much. - Matcha tiramisu is very good, the finger biscuits are soaked in matcha, and the taste is very full. There are many Japanese home-cooked dishes. The restaurant environment is spacious, simple and has a sense of design. The dining experience is still good. I hesitated for a while whether to put it in the recommended label, mainly because the price of this Japanese simple meal, especially the staple food, is really a bit expensive. These dishes add up to about 80 euros.
