The restaurant is small, but the environment is very good. It is recommended to go early for dinner, or call to make a reservation~
grigillata mista: The grilled meat platter includes 1 veal and pork sausage, 2 pork neck rolls and 3 lamb offal rolls. The veal and pork sausages are pretty good, and the lamb offal is also delicious. I especially want to recommend the pork neck rolls to my friends! If you eat it while it's hot, the outside is a little crispy, but the inside is very tender, and the meat is very fresh and delicious.
- Bombette: There are only 2 pork neck rolls in the platter, which is not enough, so I ordered another plate (5 pieces) directly. There are two sauces, and I think it goes better with mayonnaise mixed with lime.
- salsiccia dei nebrodi: The black pork sausage is made into a sandwich, and the watercress station is chosen, which is more classic with the sausage. The bread is a little crispy after being toasted, and the black pork sausage minced meat is quite large, still juicy and delicious. The watercress is slightly sour, and the combination with the lemon mayonnaise and black pork is very refreshing.
- Side dishes: artichokes and potatoes, I like them all.
As for the price, the grilled meat, horse meat tartare and sandwich are about 9 euros per serving, and the platter is 11 euros. The two additional side dishes are about 3 euros each.
