Madrid Dstage, although it has two Michelin stars, feels like it has three stars. I looked at TripAdvisor and found out that it is the number one restaurant in Madrid. I chose 12 dishes. The amuse-bouche is cuttlefish balls. It looks so delicious that I thought it was a cold dish. I took it in my hand and put it in my mouth and found out that it was hot and bursting cuttlefish. The tiger milk shrimp sashimi is a dish with a full experience. The chef will give you a dish in the open. Kitchen explained the cooking method of the whole dish, the ingredients, and the Spanish fruit wine. Naturally, it is my second favorite dish. The third dish I like is seafood mousse with conch. I have eaten cooked conch in London before, and this half-cooked one has a strong fresh seawater flavor that is unforgettable. The fourth dish is smoked wagyu, which is about half-cooked. It is smoked in the box with charcoal and then sliced ​​and served with basil and other sauces. The fifth favorite organic dish is roasted avocado with peanut butter. The window outside the bathroom is full of plants, and the waiter also explained it skillfully. If I visit Madrid again, it must be because I really want to come to this restaurant again.

Incredible experience, Michelin star service at very affordable prices. The restaurant is always good and the owners, Mario brothers, are very friendly. I liked the tuna, pork and stew best, it tasted like my mom used to make, we also had some very good wines, the price range was between 30-50 euros, it was worth every penny spent here.

Olive oil, bread, wine, foie gras, dried scallops, onions, tuna, fin, salmon, white truffle, scallops, alba truffles, squid, salmon, suckling pigs, roast potatoes, chocolate are great restaurants. The restaurant has obvious potential and the food and taste appeal is great.

Lousy sushi place, however cheap, if that&rsquo;s what you&rsquo;re looking for.

I am from Australia and the restaurant made it easy and comfortable for us to enjoy our dinner. The food was beautiful and the service was lovely.

This restaurant is definitely a repeat it did not disappoint 4 years ago nor today.  The staff are professional and friendly and the wine is varied and well priced.

La comida est&aacute; muy rica, pero ojo personas con movilidad reducida: el sal&oacute;n est&aacute; en una entreplanta y el ba&ntilde;o en el s&oacute;tano. El pulpo a la parrilla rico, aunque algo recio. Los chipirones  y las chuletillas de cordero muy ricas. El solomillo de buey espectacular, de lo mejor que he comido. El arroz con leche delicioso. Excelente relaci&oacute;n calidad/precio.
