Incredible experience, Michelin star service at very affordable prices. The restaurant is always good and the owners, Mario brothers, are very friendly. I liked the tuna, pork and stew best, it tasted like my mom used to make, we also had some very good wines, the price range was between 30-50 euros, it was worth every penny spent here.

Quality food and tranquil ambience, sometimes broken by the noise from the open kitchen. The service could be better, it is easy to pick up when the waiters are struggling with coordination or are overwhelmed, even under a relatively empty room. Would definitely repeat to see if it was just a bad day in the restaurant.

Wonderful experience! They have a rather large menu with a selection of just about anything you might want. We only had sushi. The sushi was premium quality, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Inside is modern Japanese decor, small, but spread out. There is no terrace. The prices are very good considering the quality. I will definitely go back!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Borax. Very attentive service, food was delicious and the drinks generous. The only issue I would flag is that while the food was yummy, it could have been a little hotter.

Excellent dinner with attentive and lively service. The aged beef was fantastic as was the Basque cheesecake. A delicious meal - my only feedback would be to offer more vegetables on the menu (seems to be a common issue in Madrid).
