This is one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. They have a unique tasting menu. They can clearly observe their cooking and preparation. The food, service and wine pairing are comparable to Michelin-standard restaurants.

What a Friday afternoon lunch in a great setting. The staff was super accommodating and the food excellent.

Do NOT go here! We were overcharged for both food and wine! We were a group of 14 all having a (pre -ordered) main dish that was listed at &euro;19, but I was charged &euro;26 per person.Not to mention the ridiculously expensive bread and olives that I did not ask for, but was charged 14 x &euro; 4,5 for.We asked for the house wine which should be their cheapest. On the wine list that is a red Marqu&eacute;s de Arienzo Crianza 2008 at &euro;13 and the white Hacienda Montecorto at &euro;9 per bottle. But I was charged &euro;21 and &euro;28!Over-charge over view:14 x &euro; 4,5 for &lsquo;pan y apetivo&rsquo; that we did not order = &euro;6314 x &euro;26 for the Cordorniz en camisas de barro that is listed at &euro;19 = &euro;981 x &euro;21 for wine instead of House Wine at &euro;13 = &euro;81 x &euro;28 for wine in stead of House Wine at &euro;11 = &euro;17Which means you over-charged us a minimum of &euro; 186 in total!AND it took one and a half hour before we had had one (pre-ordered!) dish!We had to cancel dessert (to the distress of our guests!), but when we mentioned we had to leave (time specific tickets to Prado) it hardly registred and our waiter just kept on trying to make my guest order more. In comparison we had 3 appetizers, 3 main dishes, dessert, coffee and all the water and wine we cared to drink at the Michelin-mentioned Alabaster for &euro;70 per person where this was &euro;43 per person for 1 dish, some water and a glass of wine for half of my guests! So go somewhere else! Madrid is brimming with great places to eat and enjoy!

Quimbaya Restaurant delivered an impeccable experience. The food transported us back to cherished memories, and even my husband, who isn&rsquo;t Colombian, savored every moment. The service was exceptional, with attentive servers ensuring our needs were met and providing detailed explanations of each dish that enhanced our enjoyment. The wine pairings were expertly matched with every course. This restaurant is truly outstanding. If you&rsquo;re considering a visit, don&rsquo;t hesitate&mdash;book your table now.

Highly recommend this restaurant. The restaurant itself is very nicely decked out, very sophisticated and warm! The service was great, our waitress spoke both English and Spanish and was very knowledgeable and passionate about the food and menu. Our table had cocktails and opted for the tasting menu, one person was quite picky and they catered to that with no issue, one person had the Wagyu extra (it was delicious and well worth) - value for money considering the size of portions, number of plates and quality of the food was very good! I would definitely go here again and would recommend for any kind of dinner, work, date, meal wit friends - very good overall thank you.

Sushita was THE perfect spot to relax and enjoy something other than the traditional Spanish food. As a sushi lover, all the food was delicious and &amp; the cocktails were balanced and bright. Our server was lovely and the entire experience was better than expected at 4:15 on a Sunday afternoon! BEST of all it is OPEN ALL DAY LONG (including Sundays) so when you find yourself hungry off hours, it is worth the stroll. We will be back next time we pass through!

餐厅真的很漂亮，菜单的概念也非常有意思。我在其他餐厅也吃过这种菜单，但在这家店你可以有完整的体验。有三个厨师为你准备食物，他们会说明是怎样制作这道菜的。我们只有九个人，所以可以完全享受！我不吃肉，他们还是尽可能让我有最好的用餐体验！

The restaurant is really beautiful and the concept of the menu is very interesting. I have eaten this menu in other restaurants, but you can have a complete experience in this store. There are three chefs who prepare food for you and they will explain how this dish is made. We only had nine people so we could enjoy it completely! I don&rsquo;t eat meat, they still gave me the best dining experience possible!

The lovely chef recommended 14 dishes and paired red wine in English, and our group of people from Ireland loved the menu. Visited the Michelin-star restaurants here, and was even more attracted by the professionalism and enthusiasm of the service here. First trip with my mother, recommended Barra by the hotel concierge, this is a restaurant with music and wine, this restaurant is not very busy, often come here to eat by famous singers, so the service here is very professional, Food worth recommending is the Joserito pork citrus water and fennel salad, desserts with vanilla ice cream egg yolks, bergamot, thyme biscuits and chocolate wheels are the most delicious.
