What travelers say:
The first meal of the Lushan trip, after arriving at the hotel in Guling Town yesterday afternoon, I took a short break and went out to the night market. I didn't eat well during the day, so I had a good meal at night!
Searched for high-scoring restaurants near the hotel and came to this one. The location is very good, located at the entrance to the basketball court on the food street. It seems to be a feature of Guling Town to set up tables for dinner in the open air. Regardless of the size of the storefront, it is accustomed to setting up tables outside for dinner. The dinner time is very lively.
When in Rome, do as the Romans do. At that time, the only table suitable for two people to sit was this table next to the basketball court, which was quite a feeling🤭 We arrived at the restaurant before the peak of the meal, and the food was served very quickly. A table was served quickly!
Here are a few dishes that I think are good for this meal👏
1️⃣"Lushan Dried Bamboo Shoots and Braised Pork" My husband and I praised it unanimously. The dried bamboo shoots were very crispy and tender, and they were roasted with pork belly! Decided to find a place to buy some dried bamboo shoots and send them to the elderly on both sides before leaving!
2️⃣"Deyi Lu Whole Duck" is braised first and then roasted. The braised taste is very special. The meat is soft and tender but not loose. In fact, the bones 🦴 are crispy and very tasty.
3️⃣"Stone Fish with Eggs" is a method of swelling eggs. Stone fish is a specialty of Lushan and is worth a try.
What I am not satisfied with is the "Wild Mushroom Soup". Well, if oyster mushrooms and enoki mushrooms are considered wild mushrooms, I am sorry that I can't accept it...
Overall, it is a good meal, the portion is OK, recommended, just don't order the mushroom soup🫣
