1⃣️Appetizer pig&rsquo;s head kimchee
Well, this appetizer is very delicious. It is mainly kimchee pork and cracker. The sweet and sour kimchee and the aroma of pork are well combined. Kimchee and pork are really a perfect match. In addition, the crispy cracker adds a rich taste to this dish.
The whole dish is not very greasy due to the sweet and sour kimchee. I personally highly recommend this pork.
2⃣️Various meats
We ordered three kinds of meat in total, beef rump/lamb cutlet/pork rib. When this dish was served, you can smell a strong charcoal grilled aroma. At first, I thought the amount of skiny would be small, but it was really thickly cut and very big.
Pork rib is not very rib in general. There is less lean meat and more fat. Students who don&rsquo;t like pig fat should avoid it. It is very greasy.
Lamb cutlet is still very delicious, but the lamb has not been processed in any way. It still has a little smell. If you don&rsquo;t like the smell of lamb, try not to order it. The lamb fat is very crispy and there is basically no greasiness. It is very good. The lamb is also very tender. Students who like lamb should not miss it.

Being the first table in front of the kitchen was very special as we felt in the middle of a ballet scene.The food was so great, everything was cooked perfectly and the flavours on spot. Personal favorite: the sardine. I will remember it.Service was impeccable with very attentive staff.If you have a special occasion, don&rsquo;t hesitate to go, definitely one of the best restaurants in London!

The Judged Hare, he is a barbecue restaurant in London that has been selected for the list of Trip.com Food Forest Restaurant. It also focuses on Japanese barbecue that I personally prefer. The quality of their meat is really nothing to say.

We had a great dining experience here at gauchoThe staff were very welcoming and friendly. The decor and the ambience really set this restaurant apart from the others and we were seated at a very comfy booth which was a nice touchThey had a great selection of starters, sides and mains. We had the sausage platter 10/10 and the bread to go along with itI would highly recommend the bread with butter and garlic. The butter and garlic made it oh so good. The Provoleta was also amazing. Nice and cheesyWe ordered the salmon and the dry rubbed chicken. The chicken was soft and tender. Only gripe with it it was the sauce was not spicy when it was mentioned and was too sweet for my liking. We would try the wagyu burger and sea bass next time.ItThe cocktails and drink selection were great. I would of ordered more but we were way too full. All in all a great experience. Only gripe I had was the staff did not wipe our table with a wet cloth after we finished our starters and mains. 9.5/1

1⃣️头盘 pig&rsquo;s head kimchee 嗯 这个头盘是非常好吃的 主要是kimchee猪肉和cracker 一口咬下去kimchee的酸甜和猪肉的香味很好的结合在一起 kimchee和猪肉真的是绝配 再加上cracker的香脆给这道菜增加了丰富的口感整道菜由于kimchee的酸甜所以并不是很油腻 我个人是非常推荐这个猪肉的 2⃣️各式肉类 我们一共点了三种肉 beef rump/lamb cutlet/pork rib 这道菜端上来的时候就能闻到很浓郁的碳烤香味 一开始以为skiny的量会很少 但是一上来真的是厚切的好大好大一块 pork rib总体不是非常的rib 精肉偏少肥肉偏多 不喜欢猪的肥油的同学们要绕开了 特别油腻lamb cutlet 羊羊还是特别好吃的 但是羊羊并没有经过什么处理 还是有一点膻味 不喜欢羊膻味的尽量不要点 羊油的那一块烤的非常的焦脆 基本上吃不到一点油腻感 特别的棒 羊肉也特别的嫩 喜欢羊肉的同学们千万不要错过

The Judged Hare is a BBQ restaurant in London that has been selected into the Ctrip Gourmet Restaurant List. It specializes in Japanese BBQ, which is my personal favorite. The quality of their meat is really amazing.
