木乃妇是我们在某一公众号上看到的，它没有菊乃井这些餐厅出名，在国内的搜索引擎上并不能搜到很多信息。到店询问后也得知，来此的大陆游客非常的少。从文章上得知这是一家米其林三星的餐厅，店长也是在日本美食届比较出名的人物。众所周知，米其林餐厅是需要预约的。我们这次托朋友在日本国内打电话预约了这家的午餐。木乃妇午餐提供三个价位的套餐，分别是13000/15000/18000日元（不含税），我们选择了18000的套餐。在我到达日本的首日便接到了木乃妇打来的确认电话，店家很贴心的找了台湾的服务生来和我们确认套餐内容（因为需要提前准备）预订当天，我们比预定时间提前到达了餐厅。接待我们的是打电话的那位台湾服务生。整个餐厅都很安静，在大厅拖鞋进入，服务生引导我们去了包房。那个包房都有一个观景的小天井，吃着美食赏着美景，这也是怀石料理的特色之一。包房有衣橱可以放置外套和随身携带的包包。点完酒水，服务生变开始一道道有条不紊的送餐。每一道都是恰到好处送来，完全不会影响你的进餐。每一道上菜时都会介绍一下这个菜品有哪些食材来制作，蘸酱分别是什么，讲解的非常详细。由于是台湾服务生，我们在交流时并没有什么障碍。前菜：鱼子，外面裹了芋艿，最后和柿子一起炸的鲔鱼寿司：薯片、黑豆、蛋、虾、寿司生鱼片：居虾、温泉蛋、比目鱼（蘸酱：酱油、韭菜+柑橘制作的酱）蛤蜊丸子汤蟹肉，乌金包裹，搭配当季的竹笋锅品：鱼翅➕芝麻豆腐饭品：米饭+buli鱼，还有渍物，红味噌和玄米茶甜点：草莓慕斯+香草冰淇淋➕草莓和巴西果

As we all know, Michelin restaurants require reservations. This time, we asked a friend to call and make an appointment for lunch at this restaurant in Japan. Munofu lunch offers three price sets, which are 13,000/15,000/18,000 yen (excluding tax). We chose the 18,000 set.

On the first day of my arrival in Japan, I received a confirmation call from Munofu. The store was very considerate and found a Taiwanese waiter to confirm the contents of the set with us (because it needs to be prepared in advance)

On the day of reservation, we arrived at the restaurant earlier than the scheduled time. We were greeted by the Taiwanese waiter who called. The whole restaurant was very quiet. We entered the lobby in slippers and the waiter led us to the private room.

The private room has a small patio for viewing. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery while eating delicious food, which is also one of the characteristics of Kaiseki cuisine. The private room has a wardrobe for coats and carry-on bags.

After ordering drinks, the waiter began to deliver the dishes in an orderly manner. Each dish was delivered just right and would not affect your meal at all. When each dish was served, it would introduce what ingredients were used to make this dish and what the dipping sauces were, and the explanation was very detailed. Since they were Taiwanese waiters, we had no obstacles in communication.

推荐煎带鱼，甜鱼，口味特别好，环境优雅，服务员都是身穿和服服务，特别有感觉。
