来过荆门多次，以个人体验看，凯莱酒店是我在荆门住过的最好的酒店。房间宽敞舒适，客房服务周到，酒店餐饮也是值得称道的。尤其是酒店西餐厅，从殿堂布局、到餐饮种类、到服务水准，必须要给全五分好评。特别要感谢餐厅主管陈正梅女士，看到我们带着孩子，还注意到孩子对中式早餐兴趣不大，就特意给孩子们端来了儿童份的沙拉，考虑得细致周全。

服务相当的不错，环境优雅，舒适给人的感觉真的很好！菜肴做的也不错这里的价位也可以以后就这儿了！商务活动在这里很有面子的！
