My first time visit to this restaurant near the Heights. Fabulous service, and very attentive to food allergy issues. My pesto was personally made to avoid the walnuts.

Italian and Western food are still very hungry, we are still very good here, and overall it is quite satisfactory.

My wife and I went for Dinner. The wine selection was excellent as was the service. We asked for Angel Hair pasta to substitute in our dishes and the change was easily made for us. We loved the atmosphere, had an enjoyable dinner close to home, and will definitely be back. I highly recommend this gem of a restaurant.

Nundini&#39;s is located on Shepherd just north of I-10. It is the street side business in a strip of small warehouse type businesses. It started as an import business of Italian foods. Then they started selling retail food from the location. Then they opened a deli with a few tables, great meats and cheeses and spumoni! Now it is a full fledged restarurant. It has one of the best Italian menus in Houston in my opinion. I have had the caprese salad with great tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and fresh basil with a balsamic vinegar dressing, great pizza, wonderful, bolognese sauce. The ingredients are the best - after all the import all the good stuff!! An extensive Italian wine list with some excellent wines. The wait staff is attentive and helpful in explaining the contents of any dish on the menu. The setting is pleasant - the walls are wine storage for their imported wines with dark built in wine storage. If you like Italian food I highly recommend Nundini. It can be very reasonable - or quite pricey depending on wine ordered and high end of dinner menu. Up to you.

Friends finally shared Nundini with us this past December. We were really wowed! the service was superb, the wine list to die for (and the staff knows their wines); the food was excellent. We covered the spectrum , with my husband getting lamb chops and I tucked into a good ole&#39; spaghetti and meatballs meal. The hot bread kept coming and we had a fantastic time. Friends tried the pizza, which was perfect. There are plenty of different sections to be seated in. and the icing on the cake is that upon entering the establishment, you find a DELI you can come back to and grab lunch! can&#39;t wait to go back for a third time.

A small restaurant with a lot of atmosphere. Weekend business hours are from 6 to 9 pm, Sunday wine discount, 50% off for more than $100! Their beef is delicious, and the dessert has no special taste. The most special is the backyard, which is a good place to take pictures!
