When I was looking for a hamburger and seafood sandwich shop, I accidentally saw the photo of this signature lobster sandwich. I immediately asked my friends to go there. Unfortunately, the first time I went there, I only had a crayfish sandwich. Finally, I had it.
The shop has several snack sandwiches, tacos, fried fish/shrimp with fries, and salads. After eating, the sandwich is the most recommended: the sandwich bread is fried/grilled with butter, very fragrant, but also quite heavy.
- Crayfish roll: Crayfish sandwich, this one needs to be noted. When ordering, there is an upgrade option dirty upgrade (cheese and jalapeno) + 2.5 euros. If you want to eat crayfish, don't order the upgraded version, because the upgraded version is not crayfish at all, but shrimp meat. This pit was discovered when I went to eat with Hu Zi last night. Here is a separate article:
Crayfish meat is served with pineapple and some salad vegetables, and the yellow pepper sauce is squeezed. The sandwich itself is not big, and the crayfish is given according to the size of the bread. The spicy yellow chili sauce is not too spicy, and it is delicious with the sweetness of pineapple, but all three of us think it would be better if the sauce was a little less. The crayfish meat is more tender when I ordered it for the second time. 9.9 euros per serving
dirty upgrade I ordered the upgraded version when I ordered it for the second time last night. When it was served, I felt that the color and appearance of the crayfish were not right. I took a bite and it was definitely not crayfish. I asked the waiter, and she explained that this upgraded crayfish roll uses such "crayfish meat". I ordered the regular version again, which confirmed that the regular version and the upgraded version are different. The waiter explained again that it was because the crayfish meat changed after mixing with cheese.
Let's put it this way, the upgraded version is also delicious, with a lot of cheese added, and every bite is stringy (also super thick), but the problem is that when I ordered it, I thought it was crayfish, but when it came up, I was given a small shrimp meat. This expectation gap made me feel uncomfortable.
