Hofbraeuhaus Hamburg

The ambiance is very nice and the staff is perfect. But&hellip;. What about the food? To be honest.. yesterday we had a dinner at Raplf Berendsen ( 2 star in Maasmechelen) and of course you always compare. The tast at Ralph is exceptional and so special. At Haerlin we lost it.. the products are very very good.. but.. langoustin was to long. The vegetarian variation was very heavy. At they made a very bad mistake to give me cheese nowing about my allergie. The staff compensate it directly with a perfect sorbet so my wife don&rsquo;t had to wait with her dish.The ambiance is really nice. Staff is quick and very friendly.

Finally went to pull the grass. This is not a Japanese restaurant in the traditional sense, 80% of Japanese ingredients + 20% of Peruvian cuisine elements. I directly chose the chef&#39;s package Omakase to explore the truth, and the extra payment was upgraded to A5 Japan and cattle. This food review and recommendation are only for the chef&#39;s package. - Welcome snack: white radish wrapped with 𫚕 fish with purple sous, not heavy fish fresh taste. - Orange juice salmon raw: This very Peruvian wind, high-end high-priced version of Ceviche, sour from orange juice, also used Mexican chili jalapeno, sour and refreshing wind, occasionally eating peppers a burst of excitement. The salmon fillet is very tender and beautiful. It is said that one of its English names is dolphinfish, not dolphins! - Roasted and cow: beef spine A5, really very, very small 8 pieces? ... roasted with heated stones. Needless to say, the entrance is instant, the sauce is a traditional, a green sauce is sweet and slightly sour. - Fire grilled salmon: I have to say that the salmon grilled level is very good, the fish skin is crispy, there is fat and thin, not dry wood. The main sauce is spicy + sour, said to be made with orange and Peruvian herbs, a little too much, will cover up the salmon raw flavor, but a side of the slightly sweet beetroot sauce and salmon meat is very good. Rice is a bit dry. - Sushi: salmon and tuna are good, especially the tuna, the fish fat feeling is really the entrance feeling. The other 3 remember to have salmon and sea bass, the impression is quite satisfactory, one or two are a bit dry. - Dessert: Honey cake with sand pear slices, sand pear slices super juicy super sweet. Rice ice cream on the side with biscuits, not too colorful.

This time, the dishes were tasty. The only point was that the waiting time for our first course took at least 40 min. It&#39;s a bit too long.

Block House There are many shops in Germany, which are one of the more famous restaurants. If you want to not get up to eat, then going to Block House must be the right choice. His beef-eye steak must be five ripe, pink beef is very tender, and he is impressed by his freshly baked bread, which is also delicious.

We went there with an extremely large group of 25 people.  They took our orders,  served us all quickly and even took payment individually without any issue.  They gave us the experience we wanted with quality German food to boot.  (The kartofelsalat was particularly good) It&apos;s slightly higher prices than you might expect,  but in all honesty it&apos;s well worth paying for the exemplary service.

It needs reservation; Good food, good venue  Not so attentive staff who mostly forget your orders Orders arrive late Prices are fair though  I’d recommend it to people who know no other place to go; I’d never arrive here again

流量不好的就别点半升的了&hellip;&hellip;慕尼黑的分店，下午去的，所以不用等位，当然也就没有了晚餐时的热闹氛围，店子里里外外有非常多座位，足见生意的火爆

Finally went to check it out. This is not a traditional Japanese restaurant, 80% Japanese elements + 20% Peruvian cuisine elements. I directly chose the Chef&#39;s Omakase set to find out, and paid extra to upgrade to A5 Japanese Wagyu. This review and recommendation are only for the Chef&#39;s Omakase set.
- Welcome snacks: white radish wrapped in yellowtail with basil, a light fish flavor to start.
- Orange juice pickled fish: This is very Peruvian, a high-end and expensive version of Ceviche. The sour taste comes from orange juice, and jalapeno is used. It is sour and refreshing, and you can feel the chili from time to time. The mahi mahi fillet is very tender and beautiful. One of its English names is dolphinfish, not dolphin!
- Grilled Wagyu: A5 sirloin, really very small 8 slices? ... Grilled with heated stones. Needless to say, it melts in your mouth. The sauces are traditional and sweet and slightly sour with grapefruit in the green sauce.
- Grilled salmon: I have to say that the salmon is grilled very well, the skin is crispy, fat, lean and dry, not dry at all. The main sauce is spicy and sour, which is said to be made with orange and Peruvian vanilla. It is a bit too much and too heavy, which will cover up the freshness of the salmon. The slightly sweet beetroot sauce on the side goes well with the salmon. The rice is a bit dry and hard.
- Nigiri sushi: The salmon and tuna are good, especially the tuna. The fat of the fish is really melt in your mouth. I remember the other 3 types are mackerel and sea bass. The impression is quite satisfactory, and one or two are a bit dry.
- Dessert: Honey cake with pear slices, the pear slices are super juicy and sweet. The rice ice cream on the side with biscuit crumbs is not too colorful.

Fabulous cozy fine dining in the heart of the city. The food is superb and the service is exceptionally good.

Block House has many branches in Germany and is one of the more famous restaurants. If you can&#39;t think of what to eat, then going to Block House is definitely the right choice. Their oxeye steak must be cooked to medium rare, and the pink beef is very tender. Another impressive thing is their freshly baked bread, which is also delicious.
