Great food and location - seated outside and was great. Also the service is very nice.

Kinfelts Kitchen & Wine

The entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn&rsquo;t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you&rsquo;re going to be in Hamburg.

I personally can&#39;t think of eating such authentic Thai food in Germany. I said authentic here, not necessarily that very good taste, but at least this taste is definitely good, but unfortunately my Thai friend, do not know how to appreciate. I especially liked the nine-story tower chicken nuggets.

Japanese food tastes very general, not too authentic.

I have to say that this kind of German restaurant, especially the meat, is really much more solid, if you order like in China, it is estimated that it will be supported by the wall. In the end, our group really ate too much, there were a lot of things left, mainly meat.

Firstly the food was excellent - although when I ordered a schnitzel I was expecting one and not two. Why not give people the opportunity to have a smaller portion - as with some other dishes? We ordered a bottle of Riesling and were a bit surprised when it was decanted. I thought it might be a new &ldquo;hip &lsquo;n&rsquo; trendy&rdquo; thing - except that no other diners&rsquo; white wine seemed to have been decanted. I should have asked why ours had been but felt it was more trouble than it was worth. Our waitress was charming but rather patronising; I should have known better than to ask for an Aperol Spritz by way of an aperitivo. Lovely location. Just felt we failed to measure up the the restaurant&rsquo;s expectations for their diners.

We had a very delicious meal, lovely wines (thanks for the recommendations) and exceptional service.  Will definitely be back next time I&#39;m in Hamburg.

Great location, fantastic food and the staff is absolutely lovely. Great recommendations, especially for Wine pairing. They definitely know what they are doing and they have a high quality wine selection. We had a great time and I look forward for the next visit!

Excellent location next to the Elbphilharmonie, and in Hafencity. Warm and professional service, great food, and lovely wine recommendation too! What does one want more in a restaurant ,-)

I personally never thought that I could eat such authentic Thai food in Germany. When I say authentic, I don&rsquo;t necessarily mean that it tastes really good, but at least it tastes good.
