The fried big red shrimp is highly recommended by both of us. There are two big red shrimps with heads and shells, and several shelled shrimps are underneath. The shrimps are of very good quality, the cooking temperature is well controlled, and the tenderness of the meat is superb. The boss is quite casual. He is the only one in the store anyway. He drinks slowly and chats with the guests, and goes to the kitchen to prepare one dish after another for everyone.

Zuehlke

Nice interior, well designed and decorated. Tables on the small size - Portions of food are also small comparing to prices. Polite waiters but the restaurant needed more of them since it was quite busy and they had to run from one table to another.

Nearby restaurants, hey? Zipang also has cold noodles! So I took my friend to check in. After eating, I felt that this cold noodles, it&#39;s not the dish of two people.
- Fried dumplings: It&#39;s said to be homemade, it&#39;s indeed a little different, the meat filling and seasoning are good, I like it.
- Fried chicken nuggets: OMG, this is too big, it&#39;s really inconvenient to eat, and the chicken nuggets are quite oily.
- Cold noodles: The noodles are quite chewy, but the spicy miso soup is a bit hard to describe, it&#39;s cold and thick, and it&#39;s heavy. It feels like the thick soup from the night before was not finished and put in the refrigerator, and it was taken out and drunk without heating the next day. With a bunch of vegetables, the taste is a bit chaotic, kimchi comes out of the spicy miso, and kelp comes out of the kimchi, and they are all cold.
- Pork rice bowl: The seasoning is okay, but for me, the pork smell is a bit strong, so I packed up half of it.
Cold noodles 15 euros, pork rice bowl 11 euros, plus dumplings and fried chicken, it&#39;s about 40 euros (excluding drinks).

一家天然葡萄酒特色小酒馆。惊喜的不仅仅是葡萄酒呐，这下酒菜也忒棒了！一问才知道，老板Andi，也是店里的侍酒师和厨师，在开酒馆前做了好久的大厨，在汉堡几家高档餐厅也担任过主厨，烹饪结合了加泰罗尼亚菜式和法餐的风格。 - 天然葡萄酒：有几款按杯点的葡萄酒，价格基本在6-8欧/杯。可以让老板推荐适合的款，直接点一瓶的话有更多选择。还买了两瓶回家，价格比在店里喝便宜好多。 - Wildfang-Rotgarnelen：煎大红虾这款真的是两人举双手推荐。两个连头带壳的大红虾，底下还有若干个已经去壳的，给的虾量真的很足。虾的质量非常不错，烹饪火候控制的好，肉质嫩度超赞了。再佐以加泰罗尼亚传统酱料Romesco酱（用红椒、番茄和坚果等鼓捣出的酱）和大蒜油，浓郁香甜又恰到好处的油感让整道风味和口感又一升华。剩下的酱都被两人用面包给刮的干干净净，好吃的东西，一点儿不能浪费！ - Kalbsleber：牛肝芭菲(parfait)和牛肝球，也是不错的下酒菜。芭菲那款配上了腌核桃，酸甜味解去了不少腻，加上入口化开的口感，点赞。牛肝球味儿稍重了一些，搭配底下Romesco酱，还有一些碎杏仁一起，一下子就好吃多了。这儿的酱有些辣度。 - Ger&ouml;steter Pulpo：章鱼煎好了切成了小块，外部有些焦脆，里头却还是挺嫩，配上了土豆泥、藏红花和蒜泥蛋黄酱，整体风味还不错。不过吃不来那几根绿色的盐角草salicornia，味道偏苦，手动推给喜欢苦味的意大利人。 - Kalbsribs：小牛牛肋排用乔治亚的阿吉卡Ajika辣酱烧制，中等辣度吧。肉质整体不错，配菜是比较经典的凉拌卷芯菜。下酒菜还有各种奶酪款和店里黑板上的一些海鲜和生蚝。点的这4道菜都是18欧/款。人均还真不好说，看各自酒量和肚量吧。老板比较随意，反正店就他一个人，慢悠悠的喝着酒和客人们聊天，慢悠悠的去厨房给大家准备一道又一道下酒菜。

A natural wine bistro. The surprise is not only the wine, but also the food to go with it! I asked and found out that the owner, Andi, is also the sommelier and chef of the store. He worked as a chef for a long time before opening the pub. He also worked as a chef in several high-end restaurants in Hamburg. His cooking style combines Catalan cuisine and French cuisine.
- Natural wine: There are several wines ordered by the glass, and the price is basically 6-8 euros per glass. You can ask the owner to recommend a suitable one. If you order a bottle directly, you will have more choices. I also bought two bottles to take home. The price is much cheaper than drinking in the store.
- Wildfang-Rotgarnelen: The fried big red shrimp is really recommended by both of us. The traditional Catalan sauce Romesco (a sauce made with red peppers, tomatoes and nuts) and garlic oil are then served. The rich, sweet and just-right oiliness makes the flavor and taste of the whole dish even better. The remaining sauce was scraped clean by the two of them with bread. Good food should not be wasted at all! 
- Kalbsleber: Beef liver parfait and beef liver balls are also good side dishes. The parfait is served with pickled walnuts, and the sour and sweet taste eliminates a lot of greasiness, plus the taste that melts in the mouth, which is a thumbs up. The beef liver balls are a little heavier in taste, and with the Romesco sauce and some crushed almonds at the bottom, it tastes much better. The sauce here is a bit spicy. 
- Ger&ouml;steter Pulpo: The octopus is fried and cut into small pieces. The outside is a bit crispy, but the inside is still quite tender. It is served with mashed potatoes, saffron and garlic mayonnaise, and the overall flavor is not bad. But I can&#39;t eat those green salicornia, the taste is bitter, I recommend it to Italians who like bitterness.
- Kalbsribs: veal ribs cooked with Georgian Ajika hot sauce, medium spicy. The meat is good overall, and the side dish is the classic coleslaw.
There are also various cheeses and some seafood and oysters on the blackboard of the store. The 4 dishes ordered are all 18 euros each. It&#39;s hard to say how much per person, it depends on your alcohol tolerance and stomach capacity.
The boss is more casual. Anyway, he is the only one in the store. He drinks slowly and chats with the guests, and slowly goes to the kitchen to prepare one dish after another for everyone.
