I have to say that the food in this kind of German restaurant, especially the meat, is really generous. If you order like in China, you will probably be so full that you have to lean on the wall to eat.
In the end, our group was so full that there was a lot of food left, mainly because there was too much meat.

Hafenhunger

The entire experience was absolutely superb from start to finish. The food was fantastic, we took the juice pairing and it was really a perfect match. Matteo Ferrantino is very charismatic and his team are all extremely competent and charming, which lead to a very relaxed fine-dining atmosphere. I have been to other Michelin star restaurants, which have felt a bit stuffy or where you feel like you have to whisper because they are so quiet. This was not the case at all at Bianc.The chairs were also very comfortable, which I know doesn&rsquo;t say anything about the food, but I think it is always important when you are going to be sitting for several hours. I would most definitely recommend this restaurant, if you&rsquo;re going to be in Hamburg.

Great food and location - seated outside and was great. Also the service is very nice.

We loved the atmosphere in this small restaurant, but it was the welcoming owners who really made our night.  Fellow dog-lovers, who made us feel very welcome.

Food was good, however, the pancakes tasted dry and I doubt they were homemade. Apart from that we enjoyed all the food (we had bagels with salmon and egg and the a&ccedil;ai bowl)

I personally never thought that I could eat such authentic Thai food in Germany. When I say authentic, I don&rsquo;t necessarily mean that it tastes really good, but at least it tastes good. Unfortunately, my Thai friend doesn&rsquo;t know how to appreciate it. I particularly like the chicken nuggets with basil.

不得不说这种德国餐馆的东西，特别是肉都是实打实的多，如果像在国内那样点餐的话估计会被撑得扶墙出。最后我们一行人实在吃得太撑了，剩了好多东西，主要还是肉太多了。

这家餐厅很棒，风格属于现代式简约风格，它是白色和棕色作为基本色。里面有一半的地方是透明玻璃的，视野非常好。餐厅美食选择很多，最出名的是里面鱼类美食，这里有多种鱼的做法，味道很棒，价格也便宜。

This restaurant is great, the style is modern and simple, it is white and brown as the basic colors. Half of the place inside is transparent glass, the view is very good. The restaurant has a lot of food choices, the most famous is the fish food, there are many ways to cook fish here, the taste is great, the price is also cheap.

在汉堡吃德国餐，自然少不了烤猪肉，由于德国人的胃口普遍比较大，所以他们吃饭的时候，年个人都会来一份大大的烤肉。如果再配上几升鲜啤酒就更美妙啦！

In Hamburg to eat German food, naturally, roast pork, because the German appetite is generally large, so when they eat, the individual will come to a large barbecue. If you add a few litres of fresh beer, it will be even more wonderful!

Simple but not simple, a small restaurant burger is really handsome and delicious. It is really delicious with drinks. There are many fish practices. Very good.

Firstly the food was excellent - although when I ordered a schnitzel I was expecting one and not two. Why not give people the opportunity to have a smaller portion - as with some other dishes? We ordered a bottle of Riesling and were a bit surprised when it was decanted. I thought it might be a new &ldquo;hip &lsquo;n&rsquo; trendy&rdquo; thing - except that no other diners&rsquo; white wine seemed to have been decanted. I should have asked why ours had been but felt it was more trouble than it was worth. Our waitress was charming but rather patronising; I should have known better than to ask for an Aperol Spritz by way of an aperitivo. Lovely location. Just felt we failed to measure up the the restaurant&rsquo;s expectations for their diners.

Japanese food tastes very general, not too authentic.
