Had a lovely dinner at the Hallam for my husband&rsquo;s birthday with friends. Good food and service as always

I love a Microbrewery generally and this one stands well above most, with its happy diners and friendly staff and the small menu has all the quality of choices you would want over a beer at a Brewery - highly recommend a visit.

Service was good, but not the food. I was hoping someone to ask about how was food, no one did and i felt little uncomfortable talking without being asked by someone.

Friendly staff and great food, at  reasonable price. It&#39;s our go to place when we go out to eat.

Hadn&#39;t tried here before because it always looked busy and loud. Went for lunch and can&#39;t believe what I have been missing out on. Amazingly cheap lunch specials. I had the pulled pork burger which came with chips and a drink. Food was fast and actually really tasty. Will be returning!

My husband and I wanted a quiet dinner for two, and we got that. Food was delicious.  Generous portions.. if fact I had too much..lol.

Hi I&rsquo;m quite disgusted as the venue manager would put a price of $19 for 6 chicken wings, where another ALH venue supplies 12 wings, and they are the same for $17. Same company. It&rsquo;s pathetic. Also an increase of $8 on espresso martini. Get your act together and review your pricing..

As the building has some historical interest for us we have wanted an opportunity to visit for some time.The bistro was excellent, with moderate New Year&#39;s Day patronage. The background music was exactly that - background, which did not interfere with the conversation at the table. Our Seniors&#39; serves were just the right size and we had a most enjoyable repast. The public holiday surcharge was understandable and worth it.

This was our second visit to The Fork / I can&rsquo;t believe we haven&rsquo;t been more often. Then food is delicious and very reasonably priced. The service was efficient and friendly. Couldn&rsquo;t recommend The Fork more. Will definitely choose to eat here more often.
