Beautiful setting, nice selection of French food.  Service was casual but friendly.  Great spot to check out while visiting Grenoble.

The restaurant doesn&#39;t pay for the outside, but the indoor is pleasant! We had a reservation for 14:00 and we were welcomed. The dishes were made at request and the price is correct!

Excellent food and service in a great location on the Place Grenette, and very good value for money.

The food was fresh and great!! I gave four stars for the ambience because it doesn&#39;t suit me at all. For me it&#39;s really like a two or three but I am very picky. Maybe more picky than is fair. I like places with a more modern feel. Also the service / servers here are very nice.

We have been going to Lo Zafferano for several years, the cook is Italian and passionate about Italian food. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. The menu changes regularly as one would expect with somebody so passionate about food. Ideal for that special occasion or just to eat really good food!

J&#39;adore ce restaurant, mon adresse pr&eacute;f&eacute;r&eacute;e de Grenoble quand j&#39;ai envie de manger des mets savoureux et originaux. J&#39;y suis all&eacute;e 4 ou 5 fois et &agrave; chaque fois je suis ravie. Je souligne &eacute;galement l&#39;ambiance petite salle (moins de 20 couverts au total), la carte des vins et le service qui rendent l&#39;exp&eacute;rience si agr&eacute;able.

I love this restaurant, my favorite Grenoble address when I want to eat a tasty and original lady. I also emphasise the small room ambience (less than 20 covered in total), the wine map and the service that makes the experience so pleasant.

My 2nd visit; not just excellent food of a very high standard, but also a true culinary experience. A must visit, I think. We had 5 dishes filled with variety, surprise and good presentation. The ingredient quality and attention to detail of each dish was very high. Merci beaucoup, je reviendrai, encore.
