Restaurant Fidèle

We had a very nice evening. Delicious food. There is one flaw, difficult to describe. The service was good, but the restaurant misses a proper host/hostess.

Unbelievably good food. Meals were Michelin star worthy. We were surprised just how good the food was.

This restaurant has Michelin star ambitions . The food is from correct to surprisingly good and excellent. We had a 6 course menu and it was very worth the deal. The ambiance is nice a spacious dining room with acoustics that permit a private discussion at your table without having to raise your voice, well done. The interior is slightly outdated and the toilets need an upgrade. Service was excellent, a very friendly team that rounds up the experience. I would book again.

Unfortunately, for the last time they eat at Fidèle, because in January they move to another place. And it was again all top! Even if you book through the Fork.At entry, a fine table with views on the whole room.We both ordered a 5-gangen menu with wine arrangement, but decided to pass the third after the first 2 times because we still a little over the wilds for the last two. The funs were again surprised, as always! And then the fun could start, where we found the tortoise with truffle mayonnaise, nutshell with sweet beet and other ingredients a real place. We wish Gerry and his brigade a successful progress in the Eat Huys!

Good eating, 5 gangs. Good control, clearly told about the dishes and the wines. Recommend the wine arrangement is half glasses, at each gang a half glass of beautiful wine that fits there. (particularly if you still have to ride)Extra a cheese plate with a nice cheese with the associated wine. And of course a nice coffee with a few nice bonbons ....for us a .......... 9 plus ...... We will certainly come back here.
