I&rsquo;m usually not the one to wait in line for a restaurant but I&rsquo;m on vacay &amp; friends/family wanted to go. I&rsquo;m glad they got me to go. Line moved quickly, ordering was easy, food serving was ample and most importantly it was good. Definitely recommend a trip to Deep Ellum for this eatery.

Pecan Lodge

Nice restaurant in the Deep Ellum area of Dallas. They have a really outdoor area just off on the side for doggies. Pizza is legit - nice sauce and perfect char. The surprise is the Parmesan, Rosemary tater tots - perfectly crunch outside and pillowy soft inside. Really tasty (it is not on the regular menu but you can order it as a side). Price is OK

Niwa Japanese BBQ, it is a great Japanese restaurant. For people like me who love Japanese cuisine, this restaurant has an irresistible charm. Their ingredients are really good.

The choices of different burgers is huge. With wild game different types of beef the choices seem endless. Then you can choose from all the different pickle flavors. I think these are as good as the burgers. As for the burgers everyone I have ever tried has been delicious.
