I cannot describe in simple terms the crazy night we spent at the alchemist restaurant having dinner. No doubt this is the best restaurant in the world. The food is exciting and so is the restaurant itself.

ALCHEMIST

It&#39;s a high-end restaurant with high ceilings and a mezzanine. The dishes are delicately prepared, the fish is good, and Nordic deep-sea fish is a specialty. The red wine is also good, Denmark&#39;s own.

You can see the bakers working in the open kitchen of the restaurant. Lunch is also available from 10:00 to 15:00.
We ordered three types (sweet, savory and sour dough bread) for breakfast.
- Berliner: One of the famous dishes of this restaurant is the Berliner doughnut, which is quite unexpected. The fried crispy crust does not taste greasy and heavy. The outer layer is sprinkled with sugar but it does not feel too sweet, and the overall texture is very soft. The best Berliner I have eaten so far is not in Germany, but in Denmark.
- Sausage roll: Sausage roll, so fresh and fragrant. Not only is the crust crispy, but there are also a lot of fennel seeds mixed in the sausage inside, which also prevents the minced meat from being too solid and affecting the taste. The crispy crust is crispy and not greasy, and the two of us can enjoy it. Alas, if this one is hot, it is estimated that the taste will be doubled!
- Sour dough bread with ham: The texture of the bread is really good, and the crust does not feel too hard. Add to that the various seeds mixed in, it is really fragrant. It is served with raw ham (it depends on personal preference, if you don&#39;t like it, you can choose jam) and whipped salted butter.
The only coffee is machine-brewed drip coffee, which is a bit similar to Juno. I found that the coffee beans used by Juno, Lille and Hart are all from Prolog.
Three dishes are just enough for two people, and a cup of coffee per person costs a total of 180dkk. Friends who go after 10 o&#39;clock can order some hot food as brunch directly. In winter, a hot meal is a must.

羊脑、猪喉、猪血、兔肉、昆虫&hellip;这些让我听着就恐惧的食材居然组合成了一次让我直呼震撼的用餐体验，这是我在来Alchemist之前毫无预料的。 从提前三四个月卡点抢到位置到真正抵达餐厅的那一刻，其实心里一直在纠结，这些奇奇怪怪的菜式真的会好吃吗？用更少的钱去吃全球第一的Noma或者精美摆盘的Geranium是不是更好的选择？ 直到我身临其境的体验了这次长达5个小时的视觉听觉和味觉盛宴，我才明白这次体验的珍贵和不可替代性，我甚至觉得未来很久的日子里都不会遇到这样让我热血沸腾的餐厅了！Alchemist由90后丹麦主厨Rasmus Munk于2015年创立，餐厅在2019年经过升级和重造后搬到哥本哈根的一片工业园区Refshale&oslash;en。餐厅的入口是重达两吨的青铜门（图1），抵达稍等片刻后大门会自动打开，带领食客进入炼金术士的神秘世界。 整个用餐旅程中共分为5个用餐场景，为了给之后有机会亲自去体验的朋友们留点悬念，这里局长决定不剧透具体的细节啦，要不然之后去的时候惊喜减半。整个晚上大部分的时间会在一个叫Dome的球形屋顶下用餐，巨大的幕布下各种为菜品设计的图形景观会不断变化。 菜品和体验一共有50道&rdquo;impressions&ldquo;，菜品除了好吃，摆盘惊艳之余，主厨通过食材本身唤醒食客对各种可持续话题的关注和探讨。去之前看到网上的各种照片我会觉得他们家的菜品应该不会太好吃吧，还十分担心会不会碰到完全不想动口的菜。事实上除了一道用猪血做的甜品吃不惯也没怎么吃之外，剩下的都非常好吃。最让我印象深刻的一个impression是用餐中途突然有很多服务员排着走了出来端着酒杯，给在场的所有食客一人一杯。灯光突然熄灭之时，酒杯发出像萤火虫一样发出了光芒。在点点蓝色星光中，大家一起举杯cheers，那种感觉就仿佛在梦境里一样✨- #美食旬味会 #浪漫约会餐厅 #当地才能吃到的美食 #当地特色小吃

Sheep brain, pig throat, pig blood, rabbit meat, insects... These ingredients that made me listen to fear actually combined into a meal experience that made me call straight, which I did not expect before I came to Alchemist. From the moment you grab the location three or four months in advance to the moment you really arrive at the restaurant, you have been entangled in your heart. Will these strange dishes really taste good? Is it better to eat the world&#39;s first Noma or the beautifully placed Geranium with less money? It wasn&rsquo;t until I experienced this 5-hour visual hearing and taste feast that I realized the preciousness and irreplaceability of this experience, and I didn&rsquo;t even feel that I would encounter such a hot restaurant in the long future! Founded in 2015 by post-90 Danish chef Rasmus Munk, Alchemist moved to Refshaleen, an industrial park in Copenhagen, after upgrading and remodeling in 2019. The entrance to the restaurant is a two-ton bronze gate (Figure 1), which opens automatically after a moment of arrival, leading diners into the mysterious world of the alchemist. The whole dining journey is divided into 5 dining scenes. In order to leave some suspense for friends who have the opportunity to experience it in person, the director here decided not to spoil the specific details, otherwise the surprise will be halved when he goes later. Most of the evenings will be served under a spherical roof called Dome, and the various graphic landscapes designed for the dishes under the huge curtain will change. There are 50 &quot;impressions&quot; of dishes and experiences. In addition to the delicious dishes, the dishes are amazing. The chef awakens diners to pay attention to and discuss various sustainable topics through the ingredients themselves. I saw various photos on the Internet before I went, I would think their dishes should not be too delicious. I am also very worried about whether I will encounter dishes that I don&#39;t want to move. In fact, except for a dessert made with pig blood, I am not used to eating and I don&#39;t eat much. The rest are very delicious. One of the most impressive impressions is that there are suddenly many waiters in line and walk out halfway through the meal. Holding a wine glass, one cup for all the diners present. When the light suddenly went out, the wine glass glowed like a firefly. It belongs to a relatively tall restaurant, with high floors and a loft. The dishes inside are more delicate, the fish is good, the deep sea fish in northern Europe are all specialties, and red wine is also available, Denmark&#39;s own.

Noma is a very good restaurant with innovative cuisine. It is definitely worth a try if one can afford the hefty price. This restaurant is more of an experience rather than a traditional meal. 
Be aware that one has to take a taxi to go there as the restaurant is in the outskirt of Copenhagen

Geranium Restaurant in Copenhagen
It is said to be ranked fifth in the world 50 best in 2019, the only Michelin three-star restaurant in Copenhagen, and a model student of modern French cuisine. However, I really had no thoughts after eating there, so I put the photos in my phone without blushing or beating my heart for almost a week! In short: it is a restaurant that is worth eating at and not losing money at all, but the environment is still very good.

We booked a table a week in advance. It&#39;s a pretty good Michelin restaurant. The dishes are all high-end. They look good, but they may not be delicious, and the portions are only enough for a girl.
