The Gillardeau oysters were of good quality, the salad had more fruits, but I would suggest more vegetables, I liked the texture of the pan-fried ox tongue, the pan-fried scallops were average, the black truffle mushroom soup was rich, the M5 wagyu sirloin was probably cooked to medium rare, and was a bit chewy, the champagne tartare dessert had multiple textures, sweet but not greasy, and was a perfect ending.
