The carrot soup for appetizer is sweet and smooth, and the main dishes are fried fish fillet with crispy skin and tender meat + grilled Rigatoni pasta with rich cheese flavor + pork sandwich are all delicious! The ingredients are fresh, fragrant and delicious, and we are very happy! The last dessert is more refreshing and sweet and sour. The chocolate marshmallow cake is a little sweet. 低调的Sepia距离市中心不远。店里的老是相机还能倒影出街景很有意思。餐厅布置走现代简洁风，服务周到。餐前面包新鲜出炉，粗粮果仁健康满满更是松软香脆！赠送的开胃烟熏三文鱼小巧精致，和甜香葱搭配很完美。烤鱿鱼做法不是很爱，口感过干过面。朋友的素菜球貌似也很不错。烤银鳕鱼肉质鲜嫩，搭配清爽蔬菜和青酱，口味清淡非常适合夏季。

主厨Andrew Zimmerman把菜式定义为新式美国口味。Sepia是由1890s的一家印刷厂改建而成的。整体的装潢布置都非常的复古怀旧。门面非常不张扬，进门左手部份就是一个吧台和休息区可供客人小酌等候。暗色的桌椅凸显着沉稳，房顶的四盏特色复古吊顶照耀室内。入座后服务生就直接送来了餐厅周的菜单，貌似没有其他选择呢~一共3道菜式，包括前菜、主食和甜品，价格为每人$22美金。大家都对Sepia的菜式口味很满意。人均22美金吃到如此水平的三道菜式，本人觉得性价比还是非常高的。至少它吸引我，让我萌生了下次再要试晚餐的念头。这不就是餐厅力求的目标么~

Everyone is very satisfied with the taste of Sepia&#39;s dishes. The average person eats such a level of three dishes for $22, and I think the price/performance ratio is still very high. At least it attracted me and made me have the idea of trying dinner next time. Isn&#39;t this the goal the restaurant strives for~
