Of all the American food, I love steak the most. Seeing that more than 1,000 people reviewed this restaurant and my friends also came, how could I not go? I made a reservation and waited for more than 20 minutes. Before ordering, the waiter brought the raw Black Angus beef and introduced each part they selected. It looked simple and rough when it came up, but how did it manage to be charred on both sides and 50% tender on the inside?
