We recently had a great meal here in one of the private rooms. It had been 10 years since my last visit to Rouge and I didn&#39;t really know what to expect as Rouge has been around for a while and sometimes restaurants can stray a bit in terms of food, service or both (in the beginning). We were very pleased with both the food and the service. The wait staff was attentive without being overbearing and they let the food speak for itself without being too intrusive. Every dish was delicious and well presented and overall the whole group agreed it was a wonderful experience!

Rouge

The restaurant is a restored old building with plenty of parking on the street (metered parking). The service was excellent and the menu was varied, tasty and inexpensive. The French press coffee was excellent. I went with my wife and two adult children to celebrate a birthday. Will go again.

餐厅的环境非常好，个人特别喜欢，还有就是这里的菜实在是太好吃了，味道特别好，而且价格也比较适中，特别推荐他家的虾还有就是惠灵顿牛排，味道真的是好极了！

We had a thoroughly spectacular meal for my spouse&#39;s graduation from UCalgary. We did the feature menu, and while not cheap, did tantalize the taste buds. Probably one of the best meals I have ever had in all of Alberta! Thank you to Olivier and team! Wonderful! We shall be back! The service and food was take your breath away quality!

The bottom line is: you&#39;ll experience amazing fine dining without the associated overpriced food and drinks. We had an incredible experience here the first time, and have been going back ever since. The dishes are always so beautifully prepared. The dishes are so complex you need to take a bit of everything to fully experience it. The staff is always very professional and polite. They provide a very very reasonable lunch during the week. You won&#39;t find a dish so intricately prepared anywhere else in Calgary for $18. So at that price, you might as well order an appetizer and have a more wholesome experience. The seasonal cheesecakes are always delicious.
