Nicely located at the Red Tower in Buxy, with parts of the restaurant located right within the tower. Service was exceptional, very friendly and discreet. We asked for a vegetarian and gluten free menu and it was no problem at all. The restaurant’s menus are built around 5 distinctive footprints: terrestre, maritime, fermière, laitière et sucrée. Every course was very special and so well crafted. We had nine different courses plus the wine footprint. The local wine perfectly matched each course and further enhanced the experience. Overall there is very little to improve. You can taste the love for great food in every bit.
