I randomly found this restaurant in Bali, mainly because it was quite crowded at night. The grilled beef steak tasted good and the beef was very tender. The fried squid was also delicious, and the outer layer was very crispy.

The restaurant is on Seminyak Main Street, with a bar on the first floor and a restaurant on the second floor. As an asian, I had one of the best Asian culinary delights at Ginger Moon! Pleasantly surprised to find fine balinese food here! 

We started with the Flying Fish, a perfectly fried fish that lacked the usual oily taste. It was so crispy and perfectly seasoned that we could even eat the bones! The fried rice with pork ribs was one of the most flavorful fried rice dishes I&#39;ve ever tried, bursting with savory goodness. The vegetables, drizzled with a rich and nutty peanut sauce, added a delightful contrast to our meal. The Chicken Satay was tender and juicy, with a smoky char that complemented its sweet and spicy marinade.

For drinks, we refreshed ourselves with dragon fruit and lemon with ginger slushies. The dragon fruit slushie was subtly sweet and refreshing, while the lemon with ginger slushie had a zesty kick that was incredibly invigorating.

넓고 예쁘고 즐기기 좋아요. 다양한 인종을 가진 사람들이 오는 만큼 특색있는 많은 분들이 와서 즐겁게 놀다갑니다. 제가 갔을땐 댄스 크루 분들이 와서 일층에서 무대 즐기다 갔어요. 제법 많은 가드들이 이곳 저곳에 배치되어 있어서 아무것도 모르는 채로 가도 안내 받기도 쉬웠습니다. 각 섹션별로 음악의 느낌도 달라서 이곳 저곳 오고가며 다양한 느낌으로 즐거울 수 있었던 것 같아요ㅋ 사진 찍기도 굿👍🏻

Great art average foodA little disappointed after being recommended to come. Cool vibe but not much on the menu, slow service for Bali and good didn&rsquo;t compare to other brilliant meals we&rsquo;ve had. Loved looking at all the decorations though

The dishes made here are Balinese home cooking. I think they taste more authentic than those in big restaurants. The authentic soups there are different from those in tourist areas. The fried noodles are super delicious.
