We had a fantastic meal with excellent friendly service.

When we arrived after travelling from Bad Hofgastein (7km away) the service was rude from the beginning. The hosts ignored us and walked passed us to serve other guests. Finally we were acknowledged and seated at a table for 6 people, even though we were just 2 guests as per our booking. Our food order was taken by Emi, without any recommendations or even a smile. She obviously forgot to go to charm school.The Hofkeller fondue was meat only which was disappointing as we expected it to include cheese. The entire team were rude and no one checked to see if food or drinks were to our satisfaction. The raw meat looked unappetising and we left our meal unfinished. The waitress EMI and her boss only cared about the bill and never asked how we enjoyed the meal or if there was any issues. Overall, expensive and nothing special. EMI could do with going to charm school, as could her boss.

Perfect fund with everything drum and on. Very friendly and pre-eminent staff. We&#39;ll come back.

You&#39;ll go saturated from there, a lot of food for the money.

Loved the atmosphere.  Food was good but a bit pricey.  Service was good, the chef came out to answer our questions.
