Uchi is a local Japanese restaurant chain. We ordered avocado sushi and sukiyaki, which is also the signature dish of this restaurant. After the meal, we had pudding as dessert.

We had the Chef&#39;s Tasting which is a 10 course (I think that&#39;s how many). Each course came out timely and by the end of the course, we were quite full. The service was great too! The only downside is, it was so loud and busy.

Every time I walk out of town I look forward to going to Uchi. It is really one of the few restaurants that is really worth flying there to eat. I loved everything citrus yellow wings, golden eyelids, black fins, salmon sushi, sea bass, salmon sushi and a lovely blue cheesecake dessert on my last visit. As usual, my waiter was very pleasant and professional and he knew the menu. I am looking forward to my visit next month.

I suddenly wanted to go for a drink late and after chatting with the bartender, he managed to give me a table for two in this beautiful and busy restaurant. The restaurant service was friendly, each dish was described as near perfect and tasted delicious. Booking is obviously necessary because it is one of Austin&#39;s best restaurants.
