I booked a Chinese restaurant in advance and only mentioned to the restaurant manager that it was my birthday and I wanted to celebrate it. I didn't expect a big surprise. The happy birthday spelled out with tea leaves was very creative. The service was great and the dishes were also great. It is worth recommending 👍

There are several sets of meals to choose from in the afternoon, and most of them come with drinks or coffee. If you don’t want orange juice, you can choose coffee or black tea. For black tea, a pot is served and you can add water.

A great experience. Beautiful mountains and water. A great place for vacation. The only bug is that it is too expensive and not friendly to the people.

The tea elements of Anxi are combined with the fresh and authentic ingredients of the season, and the chefs carefully cook them to give you enough surprises!

Yuequan currently has a [Yuejing] Chinese restaurant, including four private rooms, Yueya, Guanyun, Rongrong, and Yinyue, which can accommodate different numbers of people and enjoy different views, and a reservation-based [Master] Teppanyaki. The guest breakfast is buffet style. I fell in love with Fujian's noodle soup when I traveled to Xiamen before, and I also have a bowl every day in [Yuequan]~ Mochi, butterfly cakes, self-ground soy milk, tofu brain... good quality breakfast options~ And if you want to enjoy breakfast in the room, you only need to choose it in advance the day before, and it will be delivered on time the next day. I was naturally lazy for once, and that feeling was delicious! Of course, you can go to the Chinese restaurant to enjoy a full meal, and the dishes are a la carte. By the way, I will introduce some of the specialties I tasted in the hotel: 🥢Green Guanqiao Fried Dried Tofu: Guanqiao Dried Tofu is a traditional local specialty in Fujian Province. It uses the local folk production technology of Guanqiao and has a production history of more than 200 years. It is well-known. It uses high-quality soybeans as the main raw material. The dried tofu is tender, fragrant and delicious. It is recommended for those who like to eat soy products. 🥢Hutou rice noodles: a traditional product in southern Fujian. The raw materials are selected from high-quality rice in Hutou, Anxi, and the natural clear spring water on the top of the mountain is used. It is refined by traditional handwork. However, I was very touched by the richness of the dinner dishes on my special day and the attention of the hotel staff. I really felt the chef's dedication and the thoughtful arrangement of the chef. I also spent a wonderful and unforgettable birthday here.
