从黄果树瀑布游玩回来，到安顺入住后，搜DP看到万绿城这家黔豆源特色豆米火锅。秉着尝试当地特色宗旨，决定前往。商场内饭店环境比路边好不少，服务员很热情。拍了188的八人套餐，想着多吃一点不同的特色又点了不少菜。选了【酸汤豆米锅底】锅内食材真多，猪脚腊肉，豆米量足。煮久了豆米糯糯的带沙沙感，很好吃。【鸭血】【面筋】【豆皮】【梅林午餐肉】在火锅涮着吃，带着酸汤味赞【现炸小酥肉】【手撕鸡】【无骨鸡脚】【春卷】【南瓜饼】都做得挺好。到安顺想吃特色豆米火锅的朋友，推荐黔豆源。

先上来的是凉拌米豆腐，虽然上面有很多辣椒，但不太辣，倒是挺香。调料自选，炒黄豆和折耳根是别处不大见的，不过折耳根的味道我 不太喜欢。先点的酸汤锅底，后来问服务员，说有一点点辣，锅底里已经有土豆（好吃）、豆芽、红扁豆（煮到后来豆沙都出来了，锅里只剩豆皮了）、排骨、豆腐（好吃），香菇肉丸，肉挺紧实。

店面不是很大，老板服务热情，蔬菜新鲜，味道不错！
