Although it was a long time ago that we stayed at the hotel we were again quite happy after our current stay . Had a good lunch, despite a full restaurant, impeccable service at the table, and a very quiet night at the hotel. Hotel is a bit rustic , but that contributes to the overall charm of La Palette. Again ordered the tarte tatin for desert and had breakfast the next day " a la tatin " . Left early , no time for breakfast at the premises Must emphasize that sanitary equipment in room seemed to have been completely renewed, with a spacious shower.Very nice.
