They adapted my dishes to be gluten free and were very careful to explain in each one what they adapted and reassured me that it was safe to eat. Their timing for cleaning up and bringing the next dish was also impeccable. They timed it really well and we never felt rushed neither bored during the meal. Beautiful restaurant!! We loved the atmosphere and the food. We were served directly by the wine director and one of the chefs. Everyone was very knowledgeable and so friendly! We would definitely recommend it and will be back in the future!
