Legend has it that the birthplace of bubble tea is Taiwan, and the birthplace of Taiwanese bubble tea is Taichung, and the place where Taichung bubble tea was invented is the original Chun Shui Tang store. You can see the obvious store sign in the hall. I didn't expect that even bubble tea can be traced back to its origin. It smells really good. It was almost dinner time when we arrived. In fact, it was not the peak tourist season in Taichung, but this store was three floors inside and three floors outside. In addition to local diners, there were also tourists from Southeast Asia and other parts of Taiwan. I took a number plate, and the waiter was very attentive and told us that we would have to wait for about 30 minutes. So if you want to try it, please avoid dinner time.

As the inventor of bubble tea, Chun Shui Tang is an undoubted "old veteran" in the milk tea industry. As an industry observer, I think that it is far from enough to just have delicious "eggs". Actually, there is a Chun Shui Tang downstairs from my accommodation. I didn't intend to come here, but I came back after seeing it by accident. After all, it's the original, so it probably has a different taste. Picture 1 is on the ground in front of the store. Hehe. We arrived at about 12 noon. There was no seat inside. The four of us were arranged in the basement. There were quite a lot of people around. The environment was very good. We ordered one iced, one small hot, and one large hot bubble milk tea. The large hot one was a pot and a cup. It felt like there were a lot of small pearls. I love it so much. I must order it! ! ! ! I think the other dishes are just average and the price is not cheap. I ordered a signature braised bean curd which feels the same as the stinky tofu and pig blood cake outside. A crispy chicken which is a small portion with only eight small pieces. The taste is OK but just so-so. A cabbage (I haven't eaten vegetables for a long time) and a Huadiao chicken set meal which doesn't taste good. Maybe I don't like the taste of medicinal food (the side dishes of the Huadiao chicken set meal are better than the chicken). The best dish should be the XO sauce noodles which is a little salty and spicy. Taiwanese dishes are generally light and sweet. This noodles suits our taste very well!! In short, the serving speed is not very fast and the dishes are very small. We always finish one plate. Only the bubble milk tea persists to the end. It is worthwhile to check in as a more meaningful place, haha

Chun Shui Tang's milk tea is quite famous, almost every table orders it. But the sugar content is high, a bit sweet. The beef noodles are also recommended, the taste is good. Go to the counter to order and pay, and wait for the food to be served, but the speed is a bit slow.
