Restaurant 1741

This is a famous restaurant in Strasbourg. My friend strongly recommended it to me and said that the taste of this restaurant is absolutely beyond my expectation. I came here to taste it. It is indeed very unique in reputation. Coupled with the exquisite ingredients, it is really delicious. The environment is also quite high-end, and the service is even better. Nothing to say.

The food in this restaurant is quite good. If my friends hadn't recommended it to me, I wouldn't have been able to find it. I must bring my family here to try it if I get the chance.

Fantastic restaurant in a charming building in the centre of Strasbourg. The menu concept is 5, 7 or 9 course tasting menus. I went for the 9 courses, and every single one was delicious, beautifully presented and made from the finest ingredients. I would give the food 6 stars if I could. Service is very attentive, friendly and professional. Staff go out of their way to ensure guests have an excellent experience. I was seated on the top floor with a full view of the kitchen, which in my opinion is the best seat in the house. After many visits to 1741 I can, without hesitation, give this restaurant my very best recommendation.
