Excellent service. Food was good. One downside was that veg had been under headlamps a little too long. But, otherwise a pleasant meal with great, professional, friendly service.

Staff super friendly. Food was plentiful and good value! We were there when the joints of meat were running out so shock of 4 went down to choice of 2, but we could see it wasn't too long before more came out from the kitchen.

The staff were brilliant. It was clearly busy but they were working hard, keeping us updated and friendly. The food was delicious. Our only complaint was the temperature of the restaurant. It was soooooo hot! Open some windows and then I'd give 10/10

Easy to book table online. Was a little disappointed that it was only 6pm and the carvery had no Turkey left but chefs really friendly and the rest of the food was delicious and hot aswell, slight long wait at carvery and seemed to be busy doing delivery orders also drink machine for refills wasn’t working but able to get drinks for a refill at the bar.

First time in the Toby as we travelled over from Dumfries having recently moved to Scotland. Served by Joanna who could of been more helpful and despite it being busy, nothing was too much trouble. Great service. Colette was the carver. Friendly welcome and again great service. Good to see warm friendly staff. We will be visiting again
