The Crux & Co.

This shop is so popular, it is located opposite The Kettle Black. You have to wait 30 to 40 minutes for a table during lunch on weekends. I highly recommend the matcha croissant. You can buy it while you are waiting, otherwise it will be sold out.

It's a very nice cake shop. I ordered a red velvet cake and coffee. There are set meals during the afternoon tea time, which are quite cost-effective. The coffee is free. The cake has an American flavor and is a bit sweet.

Take a tram in the city center and take the direction of Flinders to Domain Interchange and walk for 1 minute to this brunch called The Crux&Co . The sweet and sour plums and the crisp taste of the cool Greek yogurt make the lazy morning wake up immediately. The breakfast was incredibly meaty, it looked like green vegetables, and actually the bread was full of fresh salmon, and the fried veg and tender pork belly burgers. After the meal, a classic matcha can be glorified bread or freshly made velvet cake bar bag you eat once and want to come again!
