Shirley's Coffee Shop Garapan

I ate at this restaurant twice and the food was great! From the Caesar salad to the pizza, everything was great! The first time I had the Carpaccio and it was amazing! The chef is amazing for serving such authentic dishes. So delicious, you will want to come back next time.

The steak rice was really good, the ribeye inside was very good, three big pieces, the fried squid rings were great, and the breading on the outside was great. It is a very affordable restaurant, and it is worth trying the cost-effective steak rice.

I went to this restaurant four days out of five in Saipan. It was very delicious and reasonably priced. I especially recommend the beef ribs in Figure 5. They were delicious. Oxtail soup, onion rings, and lemonade are all must-orders.

It meets my needs very well. The ingredients are bright and colorful. I am very satisfied to be able to taste food of this quality at this price!

The restaurant environment is very quiet, the dishes are as exquisite as ever, and the portions are generous. Highly recommended!
