on a weekend at the Château de Pierreclos, a very nice discovery! Esprit Blanc at the rendezvous Terrace overlooking the Saône, very warm welcome...and fish meal with ceviche and aioli...I really liked the Crémant as an aperitif!

We find the spirit of Georges Blanc in the simplicity and flavor of the dishes offered. We loved the flavors and the setting on the banks of the Saône. To do again!
