BLACK Bar & Grill

Seeing that more than 1,000 people reviewed this restaurant and my friends also came, how could I not go? I made a reservation and waited for more than 20 minutes. Before ordering, the waiter brought the raw Black Angus beef and introduced each part they selected. It looked simple and rough when it came up, but how did it manage to be charred on both sides and 50% tender on the inside? ​

We had good service. Food options included: Cold Seafood: Oysters and Hiranuma Kingfish Sashimi, Mains: Grilled Scallops Wood Fired Grill: Rib Eye Charcoal Oven: Prawns, Toothfish, Snapper, all cooked to perfection. This is a great place for a special night out. Make sure you book in advance and ask for a sea facing seat.

It is on the first floor of Star City. You can find it by following the signs. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and romantic. The cashier and guide are pretty and sexy. The uncle who takes orders has a very stylish beard that is probably hard to take care of. We ordered steak, salad, and a few snacks. The steak tasted good. The wagyu beef was melt-in-the-mouth, and the other kind was chewier. My friend recommended medium, which was about medium rare. The meat was red when cut. A steak is about $50, 200g/300g.

Black Bar & Grill, a very nice environment, in the mainstream commercial area. We didn't have a full meal, but because we saw there was a bar, we ordered a salad with beer...it was Guinness beer, delicious
