We truly enjoyed the evening at MareNubium and will be back. The food was masterly composed, prepared and presented, with a strong focus on local and seasonal ingredients. The service was personal and pleasantly attentive, maybe the best I have experienced. Example 1: I have a wheat allergy and was not only receiving my dishes wheat free and given the choice of gluten-free bread . When I didn't take the gluten-free bread (I just don't like it), I was offered the an extra pot of herb butter to taste purely. I loved that! Example 2: a young family joined and the young daughter was given a menu too (she couldnt read yet) and served with the same sincere-serene attention as us adults. The atmosphere is stylish and calmly serene. Lovely experience, looking forward to be back.

They are not possible to make the menu to a peche/vegetarrian that has shellfish allergi ?It should be possible !!! They dont understand much english.The Food is very fat and need elegance and freshnes.

I hadn't been to them for many years, not since they started in La Orotava, and it's been a complete rediscovery. The dishes are elaborate and exquisitely presented. They play with flavors and contrasts. And the dessert (Iván cheesecake) is the best cheesecake in the Canary Islands, without a doubt. María's service in the dining room is very professional yet warm. I'll definitely come back again...

The food was delicious, combining different products and flavors. A pleasure. Plus, the service from the staff is fantastic.
