Top of the line Phuket dinner! When we came into the beautiful lush gardens of the Anantara property to go to Sea Fire Salt for dinner, we began to suspect what a special evening was in store. No disappointments - simply excellence and joy once and again. From the Lobster Bisque, to the Shrimp Risotto and perfectly prepared Lamb, through to Lemon Torte and Tiramisu, culinary delights was our experience. Through the evening, Fausto and his staff made certain all our needs were met with engaging hospitality and joy. BTW, great wine and creative drinks were enjoyed as well!

I don't really know how to appreciate the main dishes, but simply speaking from the taste, they are all excellent. The meat is super tender and juicy. The lobster is not old at all, tender like tiger shrimp, and the main dishes are placed on salt bricks, which tastes very fragrant. But unfortunately, I have too little knowledge and communication difficulties. I didn't use their special salt condiments. The name of this restaurant shows that SALT is a theme. The waiter pushed a small cart with various salt condiments. Unfortunately, I didn't understand it at the time and missed it without tasting it. Cream of mushroom soup and dessert mango sticky rice are simply delicious. They are the best mushroom soup and sticky rice I have ever eaten in my life. The mushroom soup really has not only the aroma of cream, but also a unique Thai spice flavor. The taste of mushrooms is also light, which just serves as a decoration. With the sweetness of milk, it is so delicious that it makes you bite your tongue.
