Personal experience - great food
This is one of the rare times I say "amazing"! It's like visiting a private residence (which it is!). There was personal service and all six courses were Baltic... After three courses the kitchen guy came over to say hello... We were there for over three hours! You'll definitely see me at Statholdergaarden next time you're in Oslo!

Norway. The end of June is the best season, with 20 degrees during the day and 19 hours of sunshine. The first meal was at Statholdergaarden, a Michelin restaurant in Oslo, which lasted until sunset at 11 o'clock. Everything was delicious and the service was excellent. It is indeed a famous restaurant in Norway.
We had a 6-course dinner with different dishes and flavors. This restaurant deserves to be a Michelin star restaurant. The waiters are very nice and personal, and you can tell from what they say and the wine they recommend. Recommended, but remember to book in advance. We also had the "melted yellow cheese" at the end - it was actually clementine!
This restaurant is a Michelin-star restaurant with a strong quality atmosphere. Whether from the environment, or service, the quality of the food, etc., it reflects the meticulous seriousness.
